I consistently look to leverage my skills in user experience design, information architecture, persona creation, journey mapping, wireframe formulation, clickable prototype development and usability testing to lead a team which builds, manages and improves the user experience.

When designing the user experience, the consideration has to begin when the experience is just a concept.  From content strategy and use cases to production, designing the user experince requires a mindset to have empathy for the user.

Let me perform some usability research for you.   My work has allowed me plenty of practice in every aspect of usability testing from creating test plans, formulating participant screeners, recruiting participants, building clickable prototypes, recording sessions to delivering the findings.
